Dave Spikey - "Live the Dream" at the Monaco Ballroom

Double British Comedy Award Winner, RTS Winner, BAFTA Nominee, and Star of Channel 4’s seminal comedy ‘Phoenix Nights’, Dave Spikey makes a welcome return to Wigan this November with his hotly anticipated brand new live show “Living The Dream.” Dave Spikey’s last appearance in Wigan was a sell out success and venue operators Wigan Leisure and Culture Trust expect this latest show to sell out fast. 

“As a cultural trust we are constantly looking to bring quality nation-wide tours to venues in Wigan.  In the past Wigan has tended to get overlooked but recent successes including Peter Kay, hit musical ‘Once Upon a Time in Wigan’ and Dave Spikey’s previous tour are helping to put Wigan firmly on the map. Don’t miss the opportunity to see Dave Spikey live”, said Brian Yates, Leisure Venues Manager, Wigan Leisure and Culture Trust. This tour follows hot on the heels of Dave’s appearances as team captain on C4’s Friday night panel show ‘8 out of 10 Cats’.  The show, hosted by Jimmy Carr, is designed to root out the nation’s views on the unusual, the ridiculous and the irrelevant issues of the day. Dave Spikey’s “Living The Dream” tour comes to the Monaco Ballroom, Hindley on Wednesday 9^th November at 8pm. 

This performance is presented by Wigan and Leisure and Culture Trust in association with Comedy Store Management.
