Volunteering Opportunities at Aspull Library
As part of the changes to Wigan’s library service, Aspull Library will re-open in the new year as a Library Express, and will be run by volunteers.
Be Involved is a flexible library volunteering programme for adults aged 18 and over.
Volunteering at Aspull Library is a great way to
- Get involved in your community
- Meet new people
- Gain new skills
- Simply help others with books or computers
We’ve arranged three Be Involved Open Days, so you can come along, ask questions and find out more about how by sparing a few hours a week, you can really help to benefit your local community.
The Open Days will be held at Aspull Library on the following days
| Saturday 29th October | 9.30am – 12.30pm |
| Thursday 3rd November | 1.30pm – 4.30pm |
| Friday 4th November | 9.30am – 12.30pm |
