The Booking Process | For all venues

1. When you have chosen an activity or visit you would like to book please ring to arrange a date and time;
2. A booking form will be sent to you to complete and return to confirm your booking. We will ask for a 20% deposit (for charged activities) to secure the booking;
3. A letter of confirmation and workshop information sheet will be sent out to you;
4. The balance for sessions (for charged activities) will be invoiced after the workshop or visit.

Health and Safety
Whilst we can provide you with a risk assessment for your visit to us (we will include this when we confirm your booking), we do recommend that you undertake your own risk assessment before your visit if required by your school. Please contact us to discuss further.

On the day of your visit | Museum of Wigan Life

- You will be met on arrival by your designated Learning Officer;
- Lunch boxes and coats can be stored if requested;
- Schools may want to visit our shop which has a range of items at 'pocket money' prices;
- Sign in on arrival and out on departure.
