QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
It is the policy of Grounds Maintenance Services to provide customers with a high quality service, which is continually reviewed and improved in order to meet the changing needs of our customers.

We seek to continually improve the effectiveness of our service by regularly reviewing our service objectives as stated in our Service Business Plan and by the implementation of our ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance System.

Our staff are actively encouraged to review their working practices and to develop their skills via appropriate training and development programmes in order to promote a “get it right first time” culture. Service performance is continually measured by means of service returns, service inspections and customer satisfaction surveys, the results of which are openly communicated throughout the organisation.
