How To Submit Your Photograph
Wigan Leisure & Culture Trust (WLCT) accepts photographs taken of Wigan
Borough's countryside, places of interest, wildlife or sporting
activities by email to
yourpics@wlct.org.
Please include your full name, along with the date the photograph was taken.
It would be beneficial to us and our website visitors to include a
title for your photograph and details of where the photograph was taken.
We reserve the right to either crop and/or re-size your photograph so
that it will fit into our web gallery, but we will not alter it in any
other way. Minimum dimensions for images should be 640 pixels by 480 pixels.
Please read our terms and conditions before submitting your
photographs.
Only send photographs taken personally by you, or your family,
for non-professional and non-commercial purposes. All photographs in the
gallery will be fully credited.
We do keep records of those photographs which have been shown in the
gallery in case we get any external enquiries about your photographs. If
this happens, we will contact you and pass on the details of the person
who has enquired for you to liaise with them directly if you wish.
Terms and Conditions
If you submit a photograph, you do so in accordance with Wigan Leisure &
Culture Trust's Terms and Conditions.
In contributing to Wigan Leisure & Culture Trust's web gallery you agree
to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and use the
material.
It's important to note, however, that you still own the copyright to
everything you contribute to Wigan Leisure & Culture Trust's web
gallery, and that if your image is accepted, we will endeavour to
publish your name alongside it. Wigan Leisure & Culture Trust cannot
guarantee that all photographs submitted will be used, and we reserve the right to
edit your accompanying comments.
