Role Play & Training

Role-play work has become an important part of many training courses as well as being used in conference facilitation and helping to outline subjects for debate. WPTC is well positioned to deliver the actors required for anyone wishing to use this in their work. So far, WPTC Role Play has helped to benefit various Wigan Council departments, Wigan Leisure & Culture Trust events, local businesses and local artists.

Examples of projects to date include:

  • Wigan Council's Chief Executive’s Department:
    • Employee Annual Review training
    • Township Managers’ Annual Report presentation
    • Council Induction Training Customer Care section
    • Facilitation in character for the Local Strategic Partnership Convention
  • Wigan Council’s Finance and IT Department: Customer Care Training
  • Performance at Greater Manchester Forum: New Education Legislation debate
  • Performance at Greater Manchester Cultural Partnership Convention in Bolton
  • Disciplinary procedure training for Shearings.
