ACADEMY & COACHING "Our aim is to improve your game." At the Haigh Hall Golf Academy we have a superb facility for producing positive results. The Golf Instruction is given by our Qualified P.G.A. Golf Professionals acknowledged to be some of the best in the business. Our superb purpose built learning facility includes use of top quality golf balls, grass practice areas, raised targets, covered bays and a U.S.G.A specification short game area with a 3-tiered 70 yard green surrounded by 8 bunkers of varying depths. We also have state of the art video and computer equipment so you can have a clear picture of what you are doing and how best to make progress. We offer a wide variety of opportunities to improve your game. The Academy's programs include:- individual lessons, group lessons, juniors classes and schools. If any of these areas of instruction do not fit your needs, we can customise an instructional package for you. Sam Torrance, the 2002 winning Ryder Cup Captain, joined in a fun session of Tri-Golf with pupils from St Marie's Primary School during his visit to Haigh Hall Golf Complex. Sam is a keen supporter of our Golf Academy here at Haigh. Here at Haigh Hall we are committed to continually providing the best junior programs. We offer programs for juniors of all ages and skill levels. We are an approved Golf Foundation Starter Centre and recently received a prestigious national award for our work with juniors. In the last 12 months we have introduced golf to over 2000 children in local schools and a further 300 children have taken part in our junior programs here at the Academy. We also offer private lessons to all juniors at discounted rates. |
