Technogym
An 80 station Health and Fitness Facility boasting the latest Cardio vascular and strength equipment. Incorporating VisioWeb, the latest in console technology giving the member simple navigation around the screen. The Visio includes an integrated TV screens, iPod function and a fan.

Wellness System
The Wellness System helps members to achieve their fitness goals. Members will engage on a health and fitness journey “Profiles Journey”.

We have professionally qualified Fitness Instructors that are experienced in motivating and encouraging you to achieve your fitness goals. Regardless of your lifestyle we have the solutions to support you on your journey.

The First Step Programme
You will initially engage on an orientation of the fitness suite. You will be shown how to use both cardiovascular and resistance equipment safely and effectively. This includes treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers and weights. It’s a great opportunity to familiarise yourself with the facility and feel comfortable Motivational Lifestyle Consultation
Whether you want to get in shape, lose weight, injury rehabilitation, strength, balance, power or sports specific performance training, this 1-1 appointment with one of our Fitness Instructors is a great opportunity for you to build a rapport and assess what you want to achieve. You will receive a personal programme to help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals.

Follow Up Programme
Catch up with your personal Fitness Instructor to discuss your training
programme. An opportunity to learn new exercises, this will provide you with motivation and support to help you reach your goals. Review Programme
As with any type of training your body will adapt to the exercise. It is important to review your individual training needs and health and  fitness goals on a regular basis. Your personal Fitness Instructor will re visit your long term and short term goals and provide you with a progression programme to take you to the next level.
