Terms & Conditions

• Children must be aged 16 or under. For Under 5s, some activities require a Lifestyle Card (Tennis, Gymnastics, Swimtots).
• Free swimming is only valid at WLCT swimming pools when the holiday timetable is in operation and is subject to availability during general swimming sessions. 
• Children under 8 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times. Adults cannot supervise more than two children under the age of 8 in the pool at one time. • Family & Child Admission Policy 
• During family swimming sessions, children cannot swim without an adult. 
• Membership is valid for 12 months. £1.60 upgrade fee must be paid annually. Lifestyle card is not transferable. 
• Access to facilities/activities is governed by the rules of management at participating facilities and are subject to availability – copies of which can be obtained upon request. 
• WLCT reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary where it is found that the ‘card holder’ has abused the scheme. 
• Administration fee of £1.60 will be charged for all lost or replacement cards. Cards must be presented on every visit. 
• For security a photograph of the card holder may be taken and held on the system. 
• In case of dispute the decision of WLCT shall be final and binding. 
• We reserve the right to make changes to the offer without prior notification.
