The Derby room is available for hire to local community groups and commercial organisations on an hourly basis at the following rates:
Non-Commercial: £15.00
Saturdays after 3.30pm and Sundays: £30.00
Tea/Coffee & Biscuits: 45p

Commercial: £30.00
Saturdays after 3.30pm and Sundays: £50.00
Tea/Coffee & Biscuits 45p

Equipment and facilities available are: a grand piano, upright piano, OHP, slide carousel, TV & video, a PA system and staging.

There is a lift available, disabled access and toilets.
The room capacity is 130 people (maximum)
