Webwise Tuesday is a drop in session suitable for computer users who
want to learn more about the Internet and Wigan libraries online
services. In these sessions we can show you how to:

• Use online library services (Britannica, Oxford Online, NewsUK,
Xreferplus, reserving/renewing books from home, 24/7 enquiry service)

• Tax your car online
• Find out travel information

Prize
Draw
Visit Golborne library and take out a book or use the internet and
you’ll be entered into our free prize draw. Increase your chances by
visiting the library regularly and collecting as may prize draw tickets
as you can! Drawn the 1st Monday of every month. Past prizes have

Platt Bridge Community First
Platt Bridge offers a full range of library services including People’s
Network access, courses and DVD hire. We now have the borough’s first
self-service machine which is simple to use, so that you can avoid

Wiend in one last 'Big Summer of Parties'. The Wiend will close and
relocate later this year in preparation for the building of Wigan's new
Joint Service Centre so this will be a very special summer for the Wiend
and the Playroom. All sessions will run from 1.30pm to 3.30pm and cost
