R U Thinking is packed full of loads of useful information and advice on
sexual health, relationships and sexuality. Whether you need help or
advice on something you’re concerned about, need someone to talk to, or
to find out what sexual health services there are in your area, this is
the place to go.

www.ruclear.co.uk - Chlamydia is the most common sexually
transmitted infection and most people who have it don't know they've got
it. Untreated Chlamydia can lead to long term problems such as
infertility. RUCLEAR offer free, painless and confidential Chlamydia

The Wigan & Leigh branch of Brook is for all young people up to the age
of 25 living in Wigan Borough. The guys at Brook can help you out if you
need emergency contraception, a pregnancy test, condoms, or even just
someone to talk to. They’re based in Wigan and are open six evenings a
week.

free, confidential sexual health advice, as well as more information

The Family Planning Association are dedicated to improving the sexual
health of all people across the country. Check out their website to find
your nearest Family Planning Clinic, and to access their free,
confidential helpline.

GUM Clinics are NHS run clinics dealing with all aspects of sexual
health, where you can get free, confidential advice, speak to a health
advisor about everything from relationships to sexual problems and even
get free testing for Sexually Transmitted Infections.

learn may be able to pay for your childcare and extra costs if you’re a
young parent.

The NHS direct website is a really useful one when it comes to S.T.Is or
other health worries. You can look up your symptoms, find out what’s
wrong with you and where/how to get better. You can also give them a
call on 0845 46 47, or even use NHS direct on your telly! If you’ve got
Sky Digital at home, just click on the ‘Interactive’ button and scroll
down the menu to NHS Direct.

A pretty cool flash site aimed at 14-16 year-olds with lots of info and
sound health tips. Covers all sorts of health topics, including
drinking, smoking and sexual health.

Life Bytes contains much of the same info as Mind, Body, Soul, put
together for 11-14 year-olds.

Imokta, or I’m OK, Ta, is a website all about having the freedom to
choose what do with your life, and how to deal with those situations

We offer a Sexual Health Clinic, which covers screening for sexually
transmitted diseases such as Chlamydia. As part of this service we offer
contraception and emergency contraception. The clinics take place on
Wednesday evening 5.00 - 7.30 pm, Thursday morning 9.00 - 11.30 am and
Saturday mornings 10.00 - 12.00 a.m. This service is open to EVERYONE
