What happens here: Rafiki, meaning 'friend' in Swahili, & Motswako, meaning "good stuff" in Sotho, is a Borough wide youth group for Black and minority ethnic (BME) young people aged 13 - 19 years from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds, cultures and religions.

Rafiki Motswako provides support for young people in tackling issues at school, college, work and in the community. It helps young people access CYPS projects and other services such as health and leisure etc. The group provides a safe space where young people can come together and share experiences, learn new skills and develop confidence
