What happens here: The club has over 20 coaches, qualified to coach all athletic disciplines, from children in athletics to Level 3 performance coaches. The aim of the club is to give all athletes the opportunity to achieve their full potential; current athletes have represented Great Britain, England, Northern Counties, Greater Manchester Wigan Borough, and Wigan Schools.

The Harriers compete in all ages track and field, road racing, cross country, and fell running, supporting all National, Regional, County, and local competitions.
