Name: Leigh ABC Boxing Club Where: Firs Centre, Scott Street, Leigh WN7 5AL When: Monday : 5.30-7.30pm, Wednesday : 5.00-7.00pm, Friday : 5.30-7.30pm, Sunday : 10.00-11.30am What happens here: The clubs philosophy is to provide the opportunity to learn the art of boxing in a safe supervised environment for the minimum cost. The club is run on a non-profitmaking voluntary basis. Foundations have been laid to ensure the long-term survival of the club by encouraging individuals to become coaches, an objective which is becoming increasingly successful, also to encourage the support of parents and the community. £1.50 for juniors (under 16s) and £2.50 for seniors.
