08/12/09 - A Decade at The LINC - can you help?
In the Winter 2009 edition of The LINC magazine (which, by the way,
should be out this week!), we promised you a look back at the biggest
and best stories we’ve covered over the past ten years.
We were quite excited about taking this trip down memory lane…until it
actually came to doing it.
Not that it was a chore or anything; we actually had fun working our way
back through the archives right up until the year 2000 when, it turns
out, we have no archives...

It’s Halloween this weekend, and when The
LINC team haven’t been running round the office dressed as zombies or
playing Pin the Tale on the Devilish Monster Thing, we’ve been busy
updating our website with tonnes of Halloween-related content. First
things first, whilst we do want you all to have a great time this
weekend, we’d certainly encourage you to take care, stay safe and
respect other people....

15/06/09 - Swine Flu Spreads to Youtube
There once was a time when Youtube was
only good for watching funny videos of cats doing crazy things, gawking
at the ‘leave Britney Alone’ guy and making that woman from Britain’s
Got Talent into an international star. Of course, this was all well and
good for a time, but then something happened and people realised that
the world of viral videos could actually, well, be quite useful....
