For the most comprehensive information
about childcare providers in the Borough, please contact the Children’s
Information Service helpline on 01942 486960 between Monday – Friday,
9.00am – 5.00pm
You can leave a message on our answer-phone outside these times and we’ll
get back to you.
The Children’s Information Service holds the database of all OFSTED
registered childcare providers in the Borough. Staff at the Children’s
Information Service can help you find childcare by searching the database
in a variety of ways. They can identify which childcare providers:
- are in your general area
- are close to where you live or work.
Helpful if you don’t have access to a car!
- have current vacancies for your
child’s age group
- offer a school drop-off/collection
service to the school your child attends
- provide overnight care
and more!
Staff will be happy to provide you with
information over the phone and can post more detailed information about
childcare providers to you.
There is also a national website which contains the details of those
childcare providers who have chosen to be included. You can visit the
website by clicking the link below, but please note that it is not a
complete list of childcare providers in the borough.
